The First-Time Home Buyers Tax Credit Loan (“TCLP”). Unfortunately nowhere around here, but it could be something that Washington State is considering.The TCLP is a loan of up to $5000 against the home buyers First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit (calculated as the lesser of 10% of the purchase price OR $5000).
