Just when I thought I’d seen it all. Pretty clever if you ask me. We spent some time looking in Coeur d’Alene’s Sander’s Beach Neighborhood last week. My client, not wanting to leave her boyfriend behind (who’s out of town on business), crafted this ingenious “head on a stick,” not only just in time for Halloweeen, but in time to snap a few photos to include him in our home search. We had eight or nine homes on the agenda that day, and in each we struck poses (careful not to leave the “head on a stick” out of any of them). We attracted a strange look when we entered one home (the occupants didn’t leave) and quickly had to explain our “situation.” After a good laugh, the *ahem* three of us went on our way.
