On The Home Buyer Tax Credit…

It’s all over, news on Twitter, FaceBook and LOADED throughout my inbox – the Realtors, Loan Officers and others shouting to the masses “The Home Buyer Tax Credit was Extended!!!” When the truth of the matter is that it has not been extended.I’ve been both laughing and cringing while reading Jay Thompson’s commentary on his Phoenix Real Estate blog (post titled: THE TAX CREDIT HAS NOT BEEN EXTENDED. Yet. So PLEASE stop saying it has been! ).  He’s provided colorful examples of false cries that it has been extended.As of now, there are many more steps required for this to become a law, Jay has provided the “School House Rock – How A Bill Becomes A Law” YouTube clip for his readers.LOVE IT.  Check it out when you get a chance.
