Been wanting to discuss this for a while, I hear “gurus” all the time say
“Offer on a hundred and buy one!”
What insight they have.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting the same result. Where else would that work?
Honestly?
In the dating arena would you expect to ask 100 women (men for you women out there) on a date and expect one to say yes?
For most people, that would be utterly devastating to their morale. Why would you expect it to work with real estate?
Making it utterly simple is one thing, but finding deals is about knowing the market, not making offers.
