We find your perfect home by looking beyond just the standard listings. We search the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). But, we also check for-sale-by-owner properties. Plus, we even proactively contact homeowners who haven’t put their house on the market yet.
Starting with the MLS
Most real estate searches start on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This is the central directory where all actively listed homes are posted. So, we definitely look here first. It helps us see exactly what is currently available on the market.
Finding Off-Market and Expired Listings
We also look for properties that are not actively listed by other agents. This includes for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) homes. Additionally, we check out expired listings. Expired listings are homes that were on the market before but didn’t sell. Sometimes, those sellers are still willing to make a deal. We want to explore every avenue for you.
Proactively Searching Spokane Neighborhoods
Our team actively hunts for homes even if the owners haven’t raised their hand to sell yet. We are very proactive in our Spokane and North Idaho markets. In fact, we will door-knock specific neighborhoods. We also send out mailers and pick up the phone to dial homeowners. All of this effort helps us find that 99.5 out of 10 perfect home. We do things a little differently to get you the right house.

FAQ
The MLS is the main directory where real estate agents list homes for sale. It shows everything currently on the market. Most agents start here when looking for a home for their buyers.
An expired listing means the home was on the market but didn’t sell. The house is no longer officially for sale. However, we often reach out because the owner might still want to sell to the right buyer.
Yes, we proactively look for off-market homes. If you want a house in a specific Spokane neighborhood guide, we will send mailers or knock on doors. We try to find sellers before they even list their home.
