New IPhone Application Helps Home Buyers.

Well, I’m not officially on the Iphone bandwagon (since IPhones have yet to offer an application to open my lockboxes), but I like to stay current on tools for buyers so that I can maximize the exposure on the homes I list.This application caught my eye.It allows users driving through a neighborhood to see what homes are for sale around them, check on transaction history and pull up instant comps.  How is that for convenient?  Agent info should be right there with the listing and you can call or email from there.I’ve been waiting for a GPS driven real estate search tool.  Now when people drive through areas, listings can literally jump out at them through the Iphone app.  Wouldn’t it be cool if everytime you drove by a house that matched your criteria an alert sounded?
